Philip Collings:
Archival volunteer Philip Collings is a retired family court judge whose written voice reflects his interest in humanity and lively sense of humour. Phil’s research and writing about the people of West Vancouver was the genesis for the Community Voices site. His earlier essays, The Magnificent Empresses, Caulfeild Village and The West Vancouver Ferries: 1909 to 1947 appear on our Destinations Time Walk site.
